JANUARY: WINTER MAGIC

To some of our artists, that means a beautiful snowfall.. To others, it is a fresh bouquet of flowers on a table inside. Some see the season in black and white, others in vivid colors.

Join us for First Friday January 5 from 5-9. Our show runs through January 28.

FEBRUARY: LOVE IS IN THE AIR!

This month is short and sweet (and a leap year!) with our artists thinking of Valentine's Day, love and travel. An original piece of art makes a perfect gift. Join us for First Friday February 2 from 5-9 pm.

Our show runs from February 1- 25.

MARCH: WISH YOU WERE HERE

Artist Medina Roberts has invested her talent, heart, and energy to speak out for those who suffer the afflictions of mental illness and addiction. Join us for a reception First Friday March 1 from 5-9. The exhibit runs February 29 through March 30.

APRIL: CUBA: CARS, COLORS AND CHALLENGES

Photographer and former journalist Penny A Parrish shares images and thoughts from her two trips to Cuba, highlighting the colors and beauty as well as the difficulties and challenges faced by the people who live there. Join us for a reception First Friday April 5 from 5 - 9 pm. The exhibit runs April 4-28, Thursdays-Sundays 11-5

MAY: WALLFLOWERS and SHRINKING VIOLETS

Mixed Media artist Kimberly Zook shares her creative and eclectic style in this month's exhibit. From vibrant mosaics to lush abstracts, her paintings celebrate the spirit of nature. Join us for a reception from 5-9 pm on First Friday May 3. The exhibit runs May 2 through June 2 Thursdays-Sundays 11-5.

JUNE: SUMMER DAZE

Our artists celebrate the spirit of the season in a variety of mediums that convey the freedom, wanderlust, and brilliant colors associated with this exhilarating and wonderful time of year. Please join us for First Friday from 5-9 pm on June 7. Our gallery is open Thursday-Sunday 11-5.

JULY

WE'RE CELEBRATING OUR 20th ANNIVERSARY!

It's been two decades since our gallery started on Hanover Street. Founding member Beverley Coates is still with us, and we celebrate her and our 20 years of providing art by creative and talented artists. Please join us for First Friday July 5 from 5-9 pm. Our show, featuring Beverley runs from July 5-28. We're open Thursday-Sunday 11-5 (closed July 4).

AUGUST

"BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS" BY CAROL WAITE

This stunning exhibit features flowers, birds and butterflies created in Sumi-e ink and Chinese Watercolor. Her fluid brushstrokes mimic the flow of nature. Please join us for First Friday August 2 from 5-9 pm. Carol's exhibit runs from August 1 through September 1. Hours are Thursday-Sunday 11-5.

SEPTEMBER

AUTUMN'S ESSENSE

Join us this month as we celebrate one of our most colorful seasons in this all member show. First Friday reception is September 6 from 5-9 pm. The exhibit runs from September 5 through September 29. The gallery is open Thursday-Sunday 11-5.

OCTOBER: ELEMENTS OF AUTUMN

As temperatures drop, our artists focus on the colors of fall and seasonal activities. Join us for our First Friday reception October 4 from 5-9 pm. The exhibit runs October 3 - 27. Gallery hours are Thursday-Sunday 11-5.

NOVEMBER: GIVING THANKS

This is the time of the year when our gallery not only shows amazing art, but we also show thanks for the support of our community and the joy of working with talented fellow artists. Join us for a reception on First Friday November 1 from 5-9 pm. The exhibit runs November 1- December 1. Gallery hours are Thursday-Sunday 11-5.
